Thomas Budinick has 30 years of experience in designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies for C-suite and executive-level roles, including President, CEO, CFO, CIO and CMO positions. He’s also placed Board members and a wide range of senior-level talent for mission-critical, time-sensitive operational improvements. His strategies have led to accelerated, measurable enhancements in EBITDA, cash flow, resilience and growth for his clients.
His areas of expertise encompass cognitive manufacturing, operational excellence, strategic procurement, supply chain resilience, sustainability solutions, due diligence and post-merger integrations.
Budinick’s industry experience spans private equity, consulting, manufacturing, CPG, food and beverage, life sciences, aerospace and defense, high-tech, agriculture and mining. His clients include numerous organizations in private equity, Big Four Consulting (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC) along with many Fortune 1000 companies.
Prior to joining Stiles Associates, Budinick designed and implemented the talent acquisition strategy – eventually playing a key role in its successful sale – for a startup operational consulting firm he helped scale globally with over $100 million in revenue, becoming the top-rated global supply chain consulting firm in the U.S. Previously, he served as Managing Partner at the retained firm of Austin Henley and Company, leading the firm’s global talent acquisition practice, and chaired both the Supply Chains Executive Center of Excellence (SCCE) and the Manufacturing Center of Excellence (MCE). Additionally, Budinick has served on boards across various industries.
