As a proven executive search professional, Ken Plasz brings over 20 years of recruiting to Stiles Associates. He has experience placing C-suite, vice president, director-level candidates and various other leaders across a range of industries – including healthcare, manufacturing, private equity, aerospace and defense, government, life-sciences and professional services.

As Vice President, Ken manages the full cycle of client engagements, including needs assessment; search strategy; profile development; research; candidate development; and offer negotiation. Ken also manages and develops critical search support resources and serves as a leader on Stiles’ process development team.

Ken co-founded Taylor Haley Search Partners, a New England-based retained search firm specializing in the placement of entrepreneurial executives across several functional disciplines. His earlier search career also includes time spent working with the global firm, Christian and Timbers.
