Tina Berio has been the backbone of the firm’s daily operations since 1997, utilizing her wealth of knowledge in administrative support, human resources and project management. She ensures seamless coordination and efficiency to help Stiles Associates recruit top talent for client organizations.

Her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail have been instrumental in optimizing office workflows and enhancing productivity. Tina is known for her proactive approach and ability to anticipate the needs of both the team and clients, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment. She also plays a crucial role in onboarding new employees and organizing company events, contributing to the firm's positive culture and employee satisfaction.

Outside of work, Tina enjoys spending time with her two children in Virginia and North Carolina, and with her parents in Florida. Tina also enjoys boating on Lake Sunapee each summer and watching Boston Bruins ice hockey in the winter months.
