Caitlin Cassidy has over a decade of experience in talent acquisition, transforming companies by helping build strong leadership teams that last for the long term. In her most recent role as Head of People & Culture at a financial technology company, she played a pivotal role in driving the organization's growth during a period of rapid expansion.

She returned to Stiles Associates in 2023 after serving as a Director for nearly seven years from 2015-2022. In her current role, she’s responsible for leading search strategy and carrying out executive search projects – this includes client relationship management, research, candidate development and offer negotiation in the private equity, manufacturing and healthcare spaces.

In previous roles in the executive recruiting space, Caitlin was responsible for business development initiatives while helping deliver hundreds of world-class leaders spanning various industries and functions. Her expertise and distinctive insight into role requirements, candidate growth and corporate culture have honed her ability to discover top-tier leaders for her clients.

Caitlin is based out of Upstate New York and enjoys traveling and exploring with her husband and two children.
