THE COMPANY

Our client is a leading provider of essential home services specializing in heating, air conditioning and plumbing.

THE POSITION

The VP will be a key member of the senior leadership team and a right-hand for the CEO leading various high-profile and critical initiatives for the organization, such as fleet and facility procurement; optimization; and contract negotiation. This individual will be an analytical business driver within a private equity, fast-moving service provider environment responsible for leading and driving analytics and business logistics strategy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for fleet optimization and facilities management for multiple sites.
  • Has oversight and responsibility for contract analytics.
  • Responsible for setting direction, policy and processes in relation to critical corporate-level initiatives and leading project teams.
  • Analyze and prepare all contracts related to fleet and facilities procurement.
  • Be the driver of the economic modeling for contractual and incremental business.
  • Responsible for deep cost and price inputs along with the integrity of economic model.
  • Collecting and acutely analyzing data in order to be integral on the inputs that drive the operations model.
  • Responsible for calculating the associated financial performance against the required footprint of the organization and associated fleet and real estate procurement costs.
  • Manage corporate-level risk, participate and lead in fixed price reviews and assess and advise of contractual execution and risks.
  • Foster a culture of transformation in revenue management and analytics throughout the organization.
