THE POSITION

The SVP will develop and implement processes to build a best-in-class supply chain for tiles – focused above all on customer service followed by cost – that will enable the company to scale revenue. The person will oversee and optimize all facets of the supply chain fulfillment operations, including the reverse manufacturing operation. The responsibilities will entail leading a team of professionals to ensure the efficient distribution and delivery of products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES

• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the company’s warehousing and logistics operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, support and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics and sales to align strategies with overall business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction and efficiency enhancement throughout the supply chain.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of supply chain operations, and leverage data to drive real-time decision making.
• Implement best practices and industry standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
• Monitor market trends, economic factors and industry developments to anticipate changes and risks in the supply chain.
• Develop contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies to address disruptions and ensure business continuity.
• Drive initiatives to enhance sustainability, ethical sourcing and corporate social responsibility within the supply chain.

SALARY RANGE:
$280,000 -- $310,000
