THE POSITION

The Senior Manager will be part of the front-end Supply Chain team, providing day-to-day oversight and support to ensure our business runs smoothly and cost effectively.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES

• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of a robust S&OP process.
• Act as a key business partner in monthly S&OP reviews, with the ability to articulate clearly to a variety of cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop and manage a demand planning process that ensures accurate forecasting of consumer demand for all products.
• Analyze historical data and market trends to identify patterns and make informed demand forecasts.
• Create and maintain a rolling forecast that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and ensures sufficient inventory levels to meet consumer demand.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand planning, including forecast accuracy and inventory levels.
• Support the implementation of new ERP and planning systems and establish KPI reporting using new data platforms to understand and improve key supply chain metrics.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of demand planning.
• Manage initiatives to ensure data integrity for accuracy of reporting.
• Work with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to gather input and feedback to incorporate into the demand planning process.
• Lead the development, implementation and execution of strategies that ensure optimal cash flow and inventory targets. This includes extensive data analysis and interpretation to identify, monitor and adjust improvement opportunities within the organization.
• Manage inventory pipeline reporting and dashboards for internal stakeholders, ensuring on time PO fulfillment.

• Fifteen-plus years of experience supporting supply chain operations, including at least three years in a role focused on demand planning and forecasting.
• Proficiency in demand planning software and tools.
• Degree in supply chain operations or business administration or equivalent work experience.
