THE POSITION

The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in the planning, executing and management of strategic cross-functional transformational projects and integrations within the Suave organization. The individual will be responsible for ensuring all assigned projects are completed on time, within scope and within budget, while meeting or exceeding quality standards. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, organizational skills and a track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget and resource allocation.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.
  • Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.
  • Monitor project budgets, track expenses and ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues as they arise.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet the defined quality standards and requirements.
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular project status updates and reports.
  • Assign and manage project resources efficiently, ensuring their productivity and performance.
  • Effectively manage and communicate changes in project scope, schedule and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports and other relevant records.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors and other stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (engineering, project management, supply chain, operations, etc.); PMP certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a minimum of five years managing projects in a fast-paced consumer goods, personal care, beauty or manufacturing environment.
