Director, Project Management Integration -- Northeast (Closed)

THE POSITION

The Director will play a pivotal role in the planning, executing and management of strategic cross-functional transformational projects and integrations within the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget and resource allocation.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.
  • Define project scope and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.
  • Monitor project budgets, track expenses and ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues as they arise.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet the defined quality standards and requirements.
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular project status updates and reports.
  • Assign and manage project resources efficiently, ensuring their productivity and performance.
  • Effectively manage and communicate changes in project scope, schedule and objectives.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports and other relevant records.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors and other stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (engineering, project management, supply chain, operations, etc.); PMP certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a minimum of 15 years managing projects in a fast-paced consumer goods, personal care, beauty or manufacturing environment.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated responsibility for ensuring data integrity in systems, supporting software implementations, coordinating data information flow, setting benchmarks and constantly looking for ways to reduce costs or improve lead times.
