Director of Executive Search -- Full-time / contract

POSITION OVERVIEW

Stiles Associates is seeking a recruiting professional who is eager to join a well-respected retained search firm with over 30 years in service. The position will focus on search assignment execution, client management and business expansion across both the manufacturing and service practices.

This individual will manage the search process, keep the Partners informed and participate in all of the client-facing activities associated with the assignment. The initial focus will be on identifying on-target candidates, sourcing, screening and report writing, but the scope will expand in time. Excellent communication skills, persistence and sense of urgency are all essential traits we seek.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of five years in an executive search organization and a minimum of 10 years of overall professional experience.
  • Must have experience managing the search process including owning deadlines and deliverables. This is a hands-on position that requires individuals who know how to get results.
  • Must be a self-sufficient and creative problem solver.
  • Intelligence – the ability to quickly understand client needs and present candidates who can address those needs.
  • Track record of working independently of supervision.
  • Track record of new business generation with new clients (preferred).
  • Experience working in or on behalf of manufacturing organizations (preferred).
