• Prior CEO experience within a residential field services environment that directly services home developers / owners in a customer-facing way.
• Strong operational leadership and turnaround experience.
• Experience rebuilding systems, processes and culture.
• Early engineering, quality or equally technical background.
• Change agent and driver. Experience winning hearts and minds, holding people accountable and pushing through barriers.
• Private equity experience preferred as well as experience with M&A systems integration.
• Heavy travel out in the field.
