As a Partner and Vice President, Ted Stiles specializes in senior-level assignments for clients in the manufacturing, healthcare and service industries. These include C-Level and Senior Global VP assignments in a broad range of functional areas: operations, Lean transformation, supply chain, quality, finance and more.

Ted also leads the firm’s growing Healthcare Practice, which has worked with some of the best healthcare organizations in the country including Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, ThedaCare, Stanford Hospitals & Clinics, Sutter Health and UCLA Health System. Beyond filling critical positions, Ted serves his clients in this space by helping them understand the elements for success in building a lasting Lean transformation and leadership infrastructure.

He has spoken on the topic of Lean Leadership at Shingo Prize and AME events and is a frequent guest lecturer to Ohio State University / Fischer College of Business Lean Master’s program.
