Plant Manager - South

Description

Experience Required:

• We seek an accomplished “lead-by-example” tactical change agent with strong people skills, a minimum of eight years of hands-on operations leadership experience with, preferably, at least three years in a management role.

• The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of Lean concepts including but not limited to: 5S, visual controls, value stream mapping, kaizen techniques, TPM, experience implementing and sustaining daily improvement management concepts, policy deployment, etc.

• Must have prior experience in leading or as part of a core team that led a Lean transformation with measurable and sustainable results.

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.).

In addition, the following experience is preferred:

• Foundry experience

• Experience working in a continuous flow manufacturing environment as opposed to a discrete environment.
