Kaizen Coach - Northeast
Description
The company is actively seeking to expand the use of Lean thinking (tools and strategy) throughout its clinical, administrative and functional support areas. The organization is committed to creating a continuous improvement culture that delivers measurable results in the cost, quality and delivery of world class patient care.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• A four-year degree.
• Proven track record in facilitating teams and managing change. Must be able to manage close-minded skeptics (e.g., "that won't work here; we did that 10 years ago; we're not a car factory").
• Five years of related experience including but not limited to first-hand experience leading Kaizen events.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills (primarily verbal and listening) with ability to interact effectively across the organization. Must be comfortable speaking in public and to various audiences.
• Competent using personal computer applications (email, Excel, Word, etc.)
PREFFERED EXPERIENCE
• An advanced degree
