Kaizen Specialist - Northeast

The company is actively seeking to expand the use of Lean thinking (tools and strategy) throughout its clinical, administrative and functional support areas. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• This position requires the level of knowledge and skill that is generally acquired through completion of a four-year degree.

• Proven track record in facilitating teams and managing change. Must be able to manage close-minded skeptics (e.g., “that won’t work here; we did that 10 years ago; we’re not a car factory”).

• Eight years of related experience, including but not limited to first-hand experience leading Kaizen events.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional communication skills (primarily verbal and listening) with ability to interact effectively across the organization. Must be comfortable speaking in public and to various audiences.

• Competent using personal computer applications (email, Excel, Word, etc.).

• An advanced degree
