Director of Global Quality - Mid-Atlantic

Description

The company operates 20 manufacturing, sales, warehouse, and service facilities in six countries on four continents and markets its products in over 80 countries worldwide.

Experience Required:

• The ideal candidate will have experience leading and implementing quality systems within a manufacturing company. Experience managing teams and implementing quality systems across multiple plants (domestic and international locations) is desired.

• Minimum 10 of years experience with a minimum of five (5) years management experience applying progressive quality systems and tools including FMEA, Six Sigma, SPC, Lean Manufacturing, Process Audits, and other proactive quality management practices. Experience with PED and ASME certifications is a strong preference.


• Must be a self starter with excellent leadership skills.

• Ability to travel 50% of time within the U.S. and abroad. (Europe and Asia)

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.

Experience Preferred:

• Experience working in the cryogenics vessel manufacturing industry.

• Certifications such as CQM or CQE are desired.
