Brian joins Stiles Associates from Global Search Solutions, where he was a Sr. Director of Recruitment. Prior to his search career, Brian enjoyed 20 years in senior sales and marketing leadership roles in both privately-held and Fortune 250 manufacturing, distribution and service companies.
Brian’s career in Lean companies began at Jacobs Vehicle Systems (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Danaher Corporation at the time) where he authored one of Danaher’s first Lean organic growth tools. Later in his career, he developed many additional Lean processes for the commercial side of the business both at Danaher and later at Belden Corporation. Additionally, Brian has mentored companies in the use of both continuous improvement systems and policy deployment tools and concepts.
In his capacity with Stiles Associates, Brian will lead search engagements, develop new clients in key markets and help expand the firm’s impact on the commercial side of our clients’ Lean efforts.
Brian lives with his family in Sandy Hook, Connecticut. He is the Founder and Chairman of a non-profit organization, the Newtown Memorial Fund, established to support those affected by the tragic shooting that took place December 14, 2012 in his hometown, at Sandy Hook Elementary.
